Gurus2go was founded in 2001 in Dallas, Texas by JD Bryant. JD sold Gurus2go to STG (Signature Technology Group) and the company moved its headquarters to Phoenix, Arizona. In 2010 STG sold Gurus2go to Elisa Keaveney, a G2G employee, and she moved the company back to the Dallas, Texas area. In March 2018 Robert Bauer and Craig Skinner bought the company from Elisa and since then have infused the company with a new management style, increased the number of staff and have added many new customers. In addition to new staff the company was re-branded with updated branding, logo, website, voice messages and prompts and payment structure for our technicians, all with one important goal … to improve the customer experience and increase the quality of services being offered to existing, new and future customers.

Serious IT experience

On average, our Gurus have at least 10 years of IT service and support experience with at least 2 industry certifications of specialization.

We provide a proprietary on-line training tool to support training. Our Gurus are rated as Tier 1 through Tier 3 for task alignment and work on requests including simple hardware device replacement, spyware or virus removal, and complex local/wide area network design/install.
