  • Business day technical support:  An affordable software support plan offering remote diagnostic service Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
  • Comprehensive support:  For support on Monday-Friday, 8am-9pm, excluding holidays.
  • 24×7 technical support:  24 x 7 x 365 service and shared technical documentation so your IT staff can access our knowledgebase.
  • Enhanced support:  24 x 7 x 365 service offering a remote diagnosis within 2 hours and on-site service (if needed) within 4 hours.
  • Mission critical service:  Our most robust plan offering a dedicated support staff, 24 x 7 x 365 coverage, and a service level guarantee.
  • Proactive 24 x 7 response:  Adds a proactive account management function in which we help you with inventory management, release management, monitoring, and guaranteed SLAs such as 2-hour resolution on software issues and 4-hour resolution on hardware issues.

Hardware-specific support plans

  • Printer maintenance kit plan:  Ongoing printer maintenance services with next-day emergency service in the event that the printer is malfunctioning.
  • One-time printer replacement plan:  A two-year insurance policy in which we will replace your malfunctioning printer with a new or like-new model.
  • Return service plan:  Replacement service for your non-mission-critical hardware devices.

Project support

  • Deployment support:  For planning, installation and support of a new technology installation.
